Ante la situacion economica de EE UU , en cuanto a lo que a Real Estate se refiere, hemos notado que los precios de las propiedades han sido afectados en PR tambien. Muchas personas con la casa en atraso, han tratado de venderla por un precio fuera del mercado.Unos porque la casa debe mas de lo que vale, otros, porque creen que el valor es mas. (Bajo ninguna circunstancia quiero pensar que hay corredores de bienes raices haciendo creer a los duenos de propiedad que la casa vale mas, para asi coger el listing).
Muchas personas luego de 13 y 15 meses en esto han perdido su propiedad. El inversionista( No necesariamente banco de PR) reposee y vende a un precion mas barato. esto afecta las comparables y el valor del area.
